All your data lives in Australia (Supabase Sydney). You own it, you can export it, you can delete your account at any time and we erase everything within 30 days.

How to share your application with a migration agent

Generate a read-only share link from any unlocked application. Your agent sees your documents and checklist progress. You can revoke any time.

What is the community and should I join

The community shows real applicants tracking the same visa subclass as you, including wait times and milestones. Joining is optional, your name is the only thing shared.

How the checklist works

Each visa subclass has its own template checklist. Tick items off as you complete them, upload documents to mark items done automatically, add custom items as needed.

How to upload a document

Drop a file into the Documents tab or any checklist item. We support PDF, PNG, JPG and HEIC up to 20 MB per file.

What does Unlock mean and how do I pay

Your first application is free with 5 documents. Unlocking it for a one-time A$9 gives unlimited documents, expiry alerts, agent sharing and AI extraction.

How to manage notifications

Email notifications cover deadline reminders, expiry alerts (paid only), agent activity, and milestone confirmations. Toggle them in Settings.
