How to upload a document

Drop a file into the Documents tab or any checklist item. We support PDF, PNG, JPG and HEIC up to 20 MB per file.

You can upload a document two ways: from the Documents tab on your application, or directly from a checklist item.

From the Documents tab

  1. Open your application from the dashboard
  2. Tap the Documents tab
  3. Tap the upload button or drag a file into the area
  4. Pick the category (passport, payslip, bank statement, etc) and confirm

From a checklist item

  1. Open the Checklist on your application
  2. Find the item you have a document for
  3. Tap the upload icon next to that item
  4. The document is automatically linked to that checklist item and ticked off

Supported formats and limits

  • PDF, PNG, JPG, HEIC
  • Up to 20 MB per file
  • Free tier: 5 documents total. Unlock the application for unlimited.

If your upload fails

Most failures are file size. iPhone photos can be 5+ MB each — open the photo in Files, choose "Compress" if needed. PDFs scanned at 600 DPI are often huge; rescan at 200 DPI for documents.
