How to share your application with a migration agent

If you're working with a MARA-registered migration agent (or thinking about it), you can give them a read-only view of your application without sending docs over email.

To share

1. Open the application you want to share
2. Find the Share section (or the Share with Agent tile in Overview)
3. Tap Generate share link
4. Send the link to your agent — they don't need a Visafold account to view it

What your agent sees

• Every document you've uploaded
• Your checklist progress
• The visa subclass and stage
• Any milestones logged

What they can't do

• Edit or delete anything
• See your other applications
• Add documents themselves

To revoke

Same Share section, tap Revoke next to the active link. Effective immediately — the link stops working the moment you tap.

For agents who are on Visafold

If your agent has a Visafold account, they can invite you to a deeper workspace where they can add checklist items, see uploads in real time, and message you. Look for the Agent invite email; or ask them to invite you from /agents.
