How to manage notifications

Email notifications cover deadline reminders, expiry alerts (paid only), agent activity, and milestone confirmations. Toggle them in Settings.

We send email notifications for a few specific things. You can turn them on or off as a group in Settings.

Default emails we send

  • Account confirmation when you sign up
  • Receipt when you pay (one-time)
  • Deadline reminders (lodgement, decision, eligibility cliffs)
  • Document expiry warnings: 30, 14, 7 days before expiry (unlocked apps only)
  • Milestone confirmations when you log something
  • Agent activity: when an agent adds a checklist item, requests a doc, or comments
  • Important product updates (rare, never marketing)

What we do not send

  • Marketing emails
  • Newsletters you didn't subscribe to
  • Anything to other email addresses
  • Anything when you delete your account

To turn them off

Settings → Notifications → toggle off. Account-essential emails (password resets, payment receipts) still come through because they're transactional.

To unsubscribe from one type only
