Your account, your data, and how to delete it

Where your data lives

Everything is hosted in Sydney on Supabase infrastructure. Documents are stored in Cloudinary. Your data does not leave Australia.

Your data is yours

• Export: Settings → Export. We send you a ZIP with every document and a JSON of your applications, checklist, and milestones.
• Edit: any document, milestone, profile field can be edited in-app at any time.
• Delete a single item: each document and milestone has a delete button.

Deleting your account

1. Settings → Danger zone → Delete account
2. Type your email to confirm
3. Account is marked for deletion immediately. You're logged out.
4. Within 30 days, every document, application, milestone and profile field is permanently erased from our database and from Cloudinary.

What survives deletion

• Anonymous payment records (legal requirement, Stripe holds these)
• Aggregated anonymous data (e.g. "X% of 500 applicants from country Y are granted") with no identifying information
